Goals-driven Digital Savings is an accelerator that can help you accelerate the implementation of a digital journey to help customers save money for a particular goal by opening a savings account or a deposit. It is an end-to-end, fully automated, self-service journey that can be easily published in an Online/Mobile Banking App.
Automated savings actually utilize a “pay yourself first” philosophy when put to work as soon as the paycheck comes in. They enable you to see your paycheck with a certain amount relocated from the get-go into your savings. People are more motivate to save money when they have a clear goal to achieve.
It helps to plan expenses better while still letting you save. For example, if you want to attend an MBA you can work on your own terms and dedicate a portion of your fee towards automatic savings.
This journey is tailored to the private individuals segment. During the journey, a customer sets up a goal and pairs it with a saving account/deposit.
The Goals Digital Savings journey enables a user to set up one or more goals and to pair saving accounts to each of the goals. The user is an Existing Authenticated Customer (a customer of the bank, authenticated in the FintechOS Portal). It is powered by automation processors such as Banking Product Factory, Business Formulas, and Business Workflows Processor. It is configurable to fit the business needs of any financial institution by use of such micro-services.
